Just changing a simple thing can help you to lose weight. When you are doing something you always look for an advantage. If you are buying a salt that has been whitened with bleach, you are probably going to miss out on many boosts. Some people wouldn't cook vegetable's for too long because it may lower the nutrients. What do you think happens if you bleach your salt, we can't eat bleach. its better to be safe, and get boosts from knowing more about your salt.
Just buy some salt from, a small company, instead of a huge corporation, the corporation will sell you the cheapest salt available. Get your salt, from a company that gets their salt from salt deposits in the earth, or sea salt. The corporation will sell you bleached salt with who knows what minerals, some salts come iodized which means they added iodine, which already naturally occurs in salts. Get salt that has minerals in it, without having to be added, get sea salts and salts from salt deposits. Their are companies that sell healthier salt.

If you crave certain foods its because your body needs something. Dehydration can make you hungry, try drinking 1/4 of a gallon of water.
Salt, or salty food, This could mean the adrenal glands are letting too much salt (sodium chloride) leave the body through the kidneys. You could add potassium chloride and soidum chloride to your diet, and try to eat foods that improve kidney health.
Fats, like french fries, if you deprive yourself of good natural fats from foods like avacados, oils, nuts, cheese, etc then you will be craving fatys like french fires because your body really needs the fats.
Starch, if you still want french fries and you do get all of your fats then maybe its the starch that you are craving, eat potatoes, bread and pastas, you can also drink corn starch.

There is a weight loss secret out there, what is it you may ask, this "secret". A lot of people don't know this but it would make a huge difference, if you are trying to lose weight and you don't know this "secret" you may be missing out. Here it is I'll tell you the secret, its about burning fat. When your body moves it burns blood sugar for energy, if you continue to move for 20 minutes your body begins to burn fat for energy instead of blood sugar.
